Marilyn Jane Shaw, 70, of Piggott, Arkansas, died Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, at Piggott.

She was born Oct. 15, 1939, in Rector. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Almareta Shaw.

She was of the General Baptist faith and was retired from Brown Shoe Company.

Survivors include two brothers and their wives, Bob and Annie Shaw of Rector and Jimmy and Tami Shaw of Pollard, and three nephews, Craig Shaw of Piggott, Chance Shaw and wife Rebecca of Pollard and Cody Shaw of Brookland.

Visitation was from 12 noon to 1:45 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Mitchell Funeral Home in Rector. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Gary Hancock officiating.

Pallbearers were Bob Shaw, Jimmy Shaw, Craig Shaw, Chance Shaw, Cody Shaw and Mick Barker.
