Leroy Shreeves

Memorial services for Leroy Shreeves, 81, of Paragould, formerly of Marmaduke, who passed away on April 23 in the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, were Sunday, April 26, at 1 p.m. in the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Marmaduke with Kevin Edgar officiating.

Leroy is survived by his sons, Monte of Alabama and Dana Roy Sr. of Texas; grandchildren Dana Jr. of the home, Monica, Barry and Chris; great-grandchildren Joshua and Clair; sisters, Midge Goad of Paragould, Clair (Bill) Donnelly of Queen Creek, Ariz., Mary (Jack) Gardner of Morganfield, Ky., and Shirley (Jerry) Kersey of Paragould; brothers, William (Marge) Shreeves of Marmaduke, Fred (Josie) Shreeves of Mt. Horeb, Wisc., Rick (Sharon) Shreeves of Memphis, Tenn., Ed (Linda) Shreeves of Paragould and Bob Shreeves of Memphis, Tenn., along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Leroy was presided in death by wife Donna; his father, Raymond, and stepmother, Verna Shreeves; his mother, Alberta Mae (Bobbitt) Shreeves; sisters, Virginia Mae shreeves, Goldie E. Bell, and brother, William (Art) Shreeves.
