Agnes Bell, 94, of Rector, died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

She was born Oct. 19, 1913, in Rector to the late Tom and Nettie Dowdy. She was a factory worker and a member of the Fifth and Pine Church of Christ.

Also preceding her in death were her husband, Billy Bell; one sister, Eula Neely, and one grandson.

Survivors include one daughter, Billie Jean Banks of Rector; one brother, Pete Dowdy of Rector, eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, at Fifth and Pine Church of Christ with Ken Roden officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Damon Banks, Kameron Rosendahl, Scott Mitchell, Jerry Stokes, Tommy Stokes and Aaron Harmon.

Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Tracer, Matt Banks and Pete Carter.
