Billie Jean (Clayton) Hopkins

Billie Jean (Clayton) Hopkins, 40, of Rector, formerly of Marmaduke, died Friday, June 27, at her home.

She was born Nov. 2, 1967, in Pontiac, Mich., to Bonnie (Batten) Spurlock and the late Billy Edward Clayton. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Sam Davis of the home; one son, Chris Davis of Fayetteville; two daughters, Jennifer Davis of Oklahoma and Kimberly Davis of Tennessee; one brother, Kevin Spurlock; two sisters, Kami Kay and husband Paul Chism of Rector and Cindy Vanpool of Winterhaven, Fla., and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday, June 30, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Marmaduke with David Floyd officiating. Burial was in Ramers Chapel Cemetery near Marmaduke with Irby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Chris Davis, David Clayton, Chad Wheat, Brett Clayton, Jamie Floyd and Kevin Travis.
