He was employed by Cannon Trucking, was of the Baptist faith and a Marine veteran. He loved spending time with his family and metal detecting.
He also was preceded in death by one foster sister, Brenda Olivias, and one foster brother, Michael Campbell.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis Clark Jr. and Rodney Clark, both of Pocahotas; two daughters, Jennifer Curtis of Corning and Melanie Robinett of Elsinore, Mo.; one brother, Garry Clark of Rector; two sisters, Jeanette Clark of Opelousas, La., and Euline Clark of Flint, Mich.; eight grandchildren, Dennis Clark III, Colton Clark and Dakota Clark, all of Pocahontas, Ethan and Brady Curtis of Corning and Haley Clark, Hunter Clark and Hannah Clark, all of Elsinore, Mo.; two step grandchildren, John and Luke Robinett of Elsinore; five foster brothers and sisters, Jeanie Tanner of Corning, Debbie Waugh of Sikeston, Mo., Jim Campbell of Paragould, Lynn Campbell of Pocahontas and Glenn Campbell of Light.
Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at Salem Baptist Church in Boydsville with George Bearden officiating.
Ermert Funeral Home of Corning was in charge of arrangements.
