Valedictorian of the MHS Class of 2008 is Taylor Rhea Grayham. Salutatorian is Shawna Marie Spurling.
Honor graduates are Trent Dewain Smith, Joshua Edward Upchurch, Ryan Christopher Adams, Tiffany Rae Dawn Abbott, Corey Lee Bryant, Erin Elizabeth McMurtry, Nicholas Martin Stone and Logan David Hawley.

The 48-member class will enter as a processional is played by the Marmaduke school band. The invocation will be given by Joshua Upchurch. Addresses by the valedictorian and salutatorian will be followed by songs by the MHS choir, directed by Ruth Ann Cain.
High school principal Keith Richey will introduce speaker Charles I. Collier, retired MHS science teacher.
Diplomas will be awarded by Superintendent Tim Gardner and school board president Jason Weatherford.
Trent Smith will give the class response. The Class of 2008 will be presented by assistant superintendent Kellee Smith. Graduates will leave to a recessional played by the band.
