Ruella Jo Blackshear, 61, of Marmaduke died Saturday, March 1, 2008, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

She was born Sept. 17, 1946, to the late Ewell and Lillian Reddick in Greene County and was a lifetime resident of Marmaduke.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Blackshear.

Survivors include her son, Christopher Blackshear of Marmaduke, and two brothers, Randall and Gary Williams of Paragould.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, March 5) at Irby Funeral Home in Marmaduke with Bro. Kim Bridges and Bro. Conley Williams officiating. Interment was in Ramer's Chapel Cemetery.
