Ruby Bell Williams, 94, formerly of Marmaduke, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2008,

at Evergreen Health and Rehabilition in Rector.

She was born July 2, 1913, in Greene County to the late Oliver and Joyce Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Williams.

Survivors include two sons, Pete Williams of Gainesville and Terry Lee

Williams of Marmaduke; one daughter and her husband, Noreda and Rev. Paul Kirkpatrick; eight grandchildren, including a grandson, Carl, who is with serving with the Marines in Iraq, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at Irby Funeral Home in Marmaduke with Lynn McClure officiating. Interment was in Harvey's Chapel Cemetery near Marmaduke.
