Manson Ardell Heath

Manson Ardell Heath, 92, of the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell, Mo., formerly of Rector, died Friday, Dec. 28.

Born Nov. 28, 1915, in Rector to the late Manson Everett and Susan Rosie (Yancey) Heath, he was a 1935 graduate of Rector High School, a member of the Poplar Avenue Baptist Church in Memphis and had worked as a welder-pipe fitter.

He also was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Heath.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Vicki H. and Jimmy Lamb of Memphis; one sister, Lady Frances (Heath) Nichols of Rector, and grandchildren, Cheri C. Jones and Jeffery Goode.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Bro. Ardell Polk officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Irby Funeral Home of Rector in charge of arrangements.
