He was born July 11, 1943, in Paragould to the late Charley Seymour and Lucy Perkins Mullins and was married Oct. 13, 1958, to Altie Bell Mullins, who survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Alvin Mullins of McDougal and Wade Mullins of Knob; three daughters, Pam Mullins, Danica Lane and Carrie Tidwell, all of McDougal; three brothers, Burnis Mullins of San Jacinto, Calif., Alton Mullins of Corcoran, Calif., and Wayne Mullins of Knob; one sister, Cleda Andrews of Tyler, Texas, 11 grandchildren and many friends and relatives.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Elbert Mullins, Edward Mullins, Owen "Polly" Mullins, Lester Mullins and Milton Mullins; two sisters, Juanita Toler and Reba Howton, and one grandson, Blake VanNada.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 23, at the Ermert Funeral Home chapel in Corning with Bro. Owen Little officiating. Burial was in Cantwell Cemetery at McDougal.
