Frank Ralph Woods, 82, of Columbiana, Ala., died Sunday, June 11, 2007, in a hospital in Birmingham.

He was the husband of Ruth Woods, daughter of the late Donald and Doma McCluney of Rector.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Sr. Woods and Berniece Woods McDonald, and his first wife, Ruth.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Richard Simmons speaking.

Irby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

His wife, Maryann, and a friend were here for the service.
