Jimmy Fred Malin, 73, of Rector died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007, at Evergreen Health and Rehab in Rector.

Born April 9, 1933, in Rector to the late Guy Fred Malin and Rena Moore Malin, he was a member of the First Baptist Church in Rector and a life-long member of the community.

Also preceding him in death was one brother, Ronnie Malin.

He is survived by one brother, Larry Malin of Rector, and several cousins.

Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Ardell Polk officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Irby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were his cousins.
