Jay Cletis Bounds, 64, of Paragould died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Katrinka (Story) Bounds; his parents, Shirl and Wilma Bounds; brothers, Doyle and Clifford, and a sister, Pauline (Penny) Oglesby.

He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Phyllis Bounds and C.S. and Danice Bounds, all of Marmaduke; sister Pat Mangrum of Bay; sister and brother-in-law, Leveda and Billy Keaton of Jonesboro, and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, Aug. 30) at Hartsoe Cemetery near Marmaduke with Carter Grindstaff officiating. Pallbearers were Eddie Bounds, Brent Oglesby, Randy Bounds, Tyler Bounds, Harry McMillin and Louis Bounds.
