He was born Nov. 16, 1916, in Marine City, Mich., to the late Clarence and Louise (Biscorner) Bulley. A veteran of the Coast Guard, he was of the Catholic faith and worked as a master welder for General Motors.
Survivors include his wife, Anne Marie Bulley of Rector; two daughters and a son-in-law, Fran and Tom Wagster of Rector and Kay Kuehn of Canton, Mich.; one sister-in-law, Joan Bulley of Algonac, Mich.; a niece, Carol O'Brien of Algonac, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He also was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Bulley, and his twin, Joseph Bulley.
Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Bro. David Floyd officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Irby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Tommy Wagster, Dave McNamara, Richard Smith, Randy Tooley, Dotty Tooley and John White.
