Thomas Woodrow Jones, 90, of Rector died Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

He was born June 11, 1916, in Sikeston, Mo., and was a retired farm laborer and a member of White Oak General Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Clarence William Jones, and four sisters, Bertha Cantrell, Lucille Moore, Rosa Lee Tolbert and Martha Webb.

Survivors include a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Marston Carpenter officiating. Burial was in William Cemetery in Corning with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
