Francell Madgelene Midkiff

Francell Madgelene Midkiff, 66, of Rector died Monday, April 3, 2006, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

Born Oct. 22, 1939, in Clay County to the late Orlie Kenneth Shaw and Ruby Em Chapman Shaw, she was a caregiver and a member of Marmaduke General Baptist Church.

She also was preceded in death by her husband, James Wiley Midkiff on March 25, 1991; one daughter, Beverly Ann Midkiff, and one sister, Quanda Bookout.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Vicki Midkiff of Kennett, Mo.; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Alicia and Ricky Burdin of Kennett, Pam and Don Hardin of Marmaduke, Carla Fraze of Kennett and Robin Hargrove of Marmaduke; one sister, Sue Parrish of Rector, and six grandchildren, Shana, Jesse, Whitney, Jonathan, Logan and Heather.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday, April 7, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Marston Carpenter officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery with Irby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Glen Harris, Tommy Campbell, Gary Scott, Cecil Hardin, Jimmy Hardin and Kenard Johnson. Honarary pallbearers were Ron Benson and Tim Easton.
