A homemaker, she was born May 13, 1929, in Boydsville to the late Clarence and Mary Ida Grubb. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Toy L. Parker; two sons, Terry Lee and Jerry Dee Parker; five brothers, Tom, Leroy, Woodrow, Herbert and Johnny Grubb, and two grandchildren.
She was of the General Baptist faith.
Survivors include four sons, Jack, Alton, Mike and Chris Parker, all of Paragould; three daughters, Carolyn Stanfill of Marmaduke, Marilyn Nunley of Greenway and Yuton Vardell of Paragould; one brother, Virgil Grubb of Boydsville; one sister, Mavis Evans of Rolla, Mo., 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Rev. Brandt Smith officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Robert May, Tim McElhaney, James May, Allen Motes, Paul Vardell and David Stanfill. Honorary pallbearers were Robert Ruble and Jack Pollack.
