A homemaker, she was born Nov. 3, 1928, in Marmaduke to the late Clyde Farmer and Marie O. Hampton Farmer. She also was preceded in death by a brother, Arlon Farmer; a half-brother, Bill Farmer, and a sister, May Eckles. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She was married March 11, 1950, to Wilbourn Quinn, who survives. Other survivors include: three sons, Bronie Quinn of Bowling Green, Ky., Mark Quinn of Stnaford and Perry Quinn of Norman, Okla.; two daughters, June Schrjiver of St. Louis, Mo., and Debbie Quinn of Reyno; three brothers, Bob Farmer of Marmaduke, Robert Earl Farmer of Searcy and Wade Farmer of Jonesboro; thee sisters, Louise Farmer of Strawberry and Lavonia Damon and Nora Lee Farmer, both of Marmaduke, several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today (Wednesday, Jan. 18) at Irby Funeral Home in Marmaduke.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Marmaduke with Bro. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Hartsoe Cemetery near Marmaduke.
Pallbearers will be Jackie Cole, Johnny Cole, Eddie Quinn, Eddie Quinn Jr., Don Eckles and Larry Quinn.
