Mary Sue Cummings, 73, of the Clay Healthcare Center in Corning died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2006, at the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

She was of the Church of Christ faith. She attended church at Greenway and Corning.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison and Opal (Davis) Cummings.

She is survived by one brother, Gary Cummings and wife, Peggy, of Corning; one sister, Ruth C. Green of Bellevue, Neb.; two nieces, Dana Schrad and Lisa Noon, both of Mechanicsville, Va.; two nephews, Marc Cummings of Corning and Charles Haley of Mountain View, Mo.; and many friends at the Clay Healthcare Center.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006, at the Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway with Bro. Jerry Morgan officiating.

Irby Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
