Edith E. Robertson, 95, of Kennett, Mo., died Sunday, July 17, 2005, at Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.

She was born March 21, 1910, in Cardwell to the late William B. Ellege and Ethel May Craig Ellege and was a member of the Harrison Street Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Edgar Robertson; one son, Sonny Robertson, one brother and two sisters.

Survivors include four sons and their wives, Kenneth and Brenda Robertson of Mendota, Ill., Donald and Kaye Robertson of Rector, Paul and Regina Robertson of Hardy and Gary and Gretchen Robertson of LaSalle, Ill.; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Benita Akers of Castle Hayne, N.C., Wanda and Jim McKuin of Rector, Ruth and James Harris of LaSalle, Ill., and Marcia Daum of Iowa; one daughter-in-law, Joyce Robertson; 32 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Wednesday, July 20, at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Dwight Harrison officiating. Burial was in Cardwell Cemetery with McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Robert Powell, Myrl Frederick, Brad Benson, Tommy Samples, Ray Wilkerson and Tolliver Brown.
