Born Sept. 3, 1942, in Greene County to Wilma (Ellington) Weatherspoon and the late Wiley Dubar, she was a factory worker, having worked at Wise Company.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, V.W. Nicely, and one brother, Allen Weatherspoon.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Nicely and wife, Kathy, and Ronald Nicely and fiancee, Linda Hardee, of Paragould; one daughter, Carma and husband, Gene Reynolds, of Marmaduke; her mother, Wilma Weatherspoon; two sisters, Gloria Shryock and Barbara Arnold, both of Rector; three brothers, Rev. Paul Dubar of Greenwood, Jimmy Weatherspoon and Richard Weatherspoon, both of Marmaduke; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Friday, April 29, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sammy Leisure and Rev. Rick Ethridge officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Irby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
