Hazel Lorene Williams

Hazel Lorene Williams, 90, of Piggott, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2005.

She was born Aug. 16, 1914, in Piggott, the daughter of the late Elvin and Edna Seal.

Mrs. Williams was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodard B. Williams; two brothers, Howard Seal and Harold Seal; two sisters, Clara Mae Underwood and Ama Lea Branum; and a son-in-law, Antonio Quintas Jr.

She is survived by a daughter, Edna Ann Quintas of Florissant, Mo.; a son, Dennis Wayne Williams and wife, Christina, of Vilonia; grandchildren, Laurie Van Zandt, Kathie Forbes and husband, Matt, Elizabeth Williams, Terri Kelly and husband, Wallace, Michael Quintas and Thomas Quintas; great-grandchildren, Andy Van Zandt, Dylan Miller-Forbes, Ryan Miller-Forbes, Lucas Forbes, Alexa Forbes, Andrew Kelly, Brianna Kelly, Caitlin Kelly, Daniel Kelly and Evelyn Kelly.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Piggott with Rev. John Perkins officiating. Burial followed in Williams Cemetery in Clay County.

Irby Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
