Funeral services for 90-year-old Jeanette Floyd of Rector, who died Friday, Feb. 18, 2005, were held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Bro. Adrian Parker officiating.

Mrs. Floyd was preceded in death by her parents, Enon Thomas and Ada (Patton) Meredith; her husbands, John Tracy and Lonnie Nelson; three children, Barbara Tracy, Francis White and Musetta "Susie" Tracy; two grandchildren, Brantley White and Melba Lambreth; two sisters, Viola Jackson and Marie Brown, and one brother, Otis Meredith.

She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Johny and Irene Tracy of Kennett, Mo., Tom and Judy Tracy of Rector and Tony and Sally Nelson of Elkhart, Ind.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Wilma Ramer of Rector and Sharon and Russ Gamblin of Rector; three sisters, Jewel Crawford of Rector, Christeen Arnold of Rector and Florence Riggs of Bristol, Ind., 25 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.

Burial was in Mitchell Cemetery at Greenway. Pallbearers were Russell White, Jackie White, Tim White, Bo Gamblin, Tom Tracy, John Tracy, Gary Gamblin and Eric Nelson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity, Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church or Rector General Baptist Church.
