He was born March 28, 1918, in Clay County to the late James L. Bradshaw and Lillian Parrish.
He was a meter repairman for the City of St. Louis, but had been a member of this community for 11 years He was a member of the Blooming Grove Missionary Baptist Church and a World War II Army veteran.
He was married to Rachel Marie Manning March 28, 1946.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, J.L. Bradshaw.
Survivors include his wife, Rachel Bradshaw of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jon and Lori Bradshaw of Rector and Frank and Edwina Bradshaw of Heber Springs; three daughters and one son-in-law, Polly Bradshaw of St. Louis, Mary Louise Wheat of St. Louis and Anna J. and Mike Strom of St. Louis, and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 12 noon Saturday, Sept. 11, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Bro. Don Morris officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Irby Fueral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Randall Hardin, Jeff Wheat, Jack Parrish, Mike Strom, Leon Brawley and Greg Kramer.
