Cynthia Renee Frazier Pratt, 43, of West Memphis, wife of Terry Pratt of West Memphis, formerly of Rector, died Monday, April 26, 2004, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

She worked as a server for Old Feed House.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Pratt; a step-daughter, Courtney (Pratt) Barker of Jonesboro; two sons, Tommy West Jr. of Alamogordo, N.M. and Mathew Hatley of Marked Tree; a step-son, D.J. Pratt of Jonesboro; her mother, Sue Frazier of West Memphis; two sisters, Diane Frazier and Donna Poyner, both of West Memphis; two brothers, Terry Frazier of West Memphis and Bobby Frazier of Atoka, Tenn., and three grandchildren.

A private service is scheduled for 6 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 28) at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis.
