She was born Nov. 13, 1915, in Greene County to the late Lola Maloney Arnold and Walter Maloney.
She was retired from the Paragould Home for the Golden Years as a nurse's aide and formerly operated a restaurant in Marmaduke. She was a member of the Second and Walnut Church of Christ.
She also was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Wofford; two sons, Bobby Darrell Wofford and Michael Denver "Mickey" Wofford; one grandson, Ricky Wofford; one sister, Eulene Vowell, and one brother, Merval Claxton.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Katye and Robert Davis of Jonesboro; one daughter-in-law, Phyllis Wofford of Siegler, Ill.; three grandchildren, Susan Lunsford and husband, Gary, of Harvest, Ala.; Donna Palumbo and husband, Scott, of Slidell, La., and Michael Wofford and wife, Michelle, of Staunton, Ill., and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 8, at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Paragould with Bro. James Henry Dortch officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Gary Lunsford, Scott Palumbo, Mark Taylor, Bill Butler, Dennis Reed and Bill Gatlin. Honorary pallbearers were Jimmy Vowell, Jack Berry and Don Bullard.
