Bertha Lee Wilder, 72, of McDougal died Tuesday morning March 30, 2004, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

She was born in Gunterville, Ala., and moved to McDougal two months ago.

She was a retired sectionizer with Ben Hill Griffin and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell W. Wilder.

Mrs. Wilder is survived by four sons, Jack Roark of McDougal, Tom Edwards of Ripley, Tenn., Russell Wilder Jr. of Woodleaf, N.C., and Douglas Wilder of Lakeland, Fla.; two daughters, Jacquilin Wilder of Lakeland, Fla., and Brenda Hobbs of Newton, Ala.; three brothers, Junior Kelly of Bartow, Fla., Thomas Kelly of Auburndale, Fla., and Cleatis Kelly of Lakeland, Fla.; 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchidren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 3, at the Lakeland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lakeland Memorial Gardens.

Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro is in charge of local arrangements.
