She was born March 20, 1913, in Rinard, Ill., to the late Nelson and Myrtle Black Shaw and was married Dec. 4, 1929, to Edgar Raymond Bradford, who preceded her in death. She was married Aug. 27, 1971, to Earnest Leslie, who also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Leslie was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Campbell, Mo.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Lillie Mae Bradford; four brothers, Willie, George, Roy and Gilbert Shaw, and three sisters, Bulah Patterson, Flossie Ward and Lucille Crossfield.
She is survived by seven children, Edgar Lee Bradford of Rector, Glenda Berry of Wilson, Okla., James Ray Bradford of Kellyville, Okla., Gilbert William Bradford of Vernon, Ala., Darryl Wayne Bradford of Hamlet, Ind., Donald Gene Heider of South Bend, Ind., and Ronald Dene Heider of LaPorte, Ind.; 34 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 4, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel at Piggott with Pastor Glen Marshall officiating. Burial followed in Mitchell Cemetery. Pallbearers were Mike Bradford, Edgar Bradford Jr., Ronald Heider Jr., Jeff Bradford, Robert Bradford, Isaac Bradford and Jordan Bradford.
Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of arrangements.
