Lucille Holifield, 90, of Rector died Monday, March 15, 2004, at Piggott Community Hospital.

She was born Sept. 8, 1913, in Rector to the late H.T. and Nellie Montgomery. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe Holifield, and two brothers, Wayne Montgomery and Cloyse Montgomery.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include one sister, Kathleen Rogers of Paragould, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. today (Wednesday, March 17) at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Ken Roden officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery with Mitchell Funeral Home of Rector in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Orville Pratt, Mac Manchester, Bill Copeland, Bill Martin, Reuben Seay and Danny Ford.
