Boyd Waylan Pickler, 65, of Rector died Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, in Paragould.

He was born Oct. 31, 1938, in Knob to the late Benard and Luna Pickler. He also was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mae Pickler, and one brother, Hershel Pickler.

He was a Dallas Transit bus driver and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by two stepsons, Jeffrey Todd Price of Paragould and Randy Joe Price of Gulfport, Miss.; one brother, Larry and Donna Pickler of Gaines, Mich.; two nephews, Scott and Bradley Pickler of Gaines, Mich.; one niece, Holly Baunchen of Gaines, Mich., and four grandchildren, Nauna, Shana, Brandon and Bridgett Price.

Funeral services were at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Bro. Jack Bearden officiaing. Burial was in Rock Springs Cemetery at Knob with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Alvin Foster, Delmer Foster, Albert Foster, Bob Raymer, Patrick Baunchem and Jim Dodd.
