Born Nov. 19, 1927, in Kennett, the daughter of Frank Sr. and Nellie Hendrix Collier, she was a longtime resident of Blytheville and of the Baptist faith. She was a homemaker who enjoyed reading.
Her parents and a brother, Frank Collier Jr., preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, C.J. Parks, of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Deborah Jeanette and Jimmy Goforth of Blytheville; one brother, Larry Collier of Sacramento, Calif.; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Parks of Turlock, Calif., and one grandson, John Goforth of Blytheville.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday, Jan. 7) at Memorial Park Cemetery in Blytheville with Dr. Tommy J. Carney officiating.
Cobb Funeral Home, Inc., of Blytheville is in charge of arrangements.
