Dorothy Sanders, 67, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003, at her residence.

She was a housewife and was of the Jehovah Witness faith.

She was born Sept. 8, 1936, in Greenway to the late Johnson Cato and Ader (Potts) Cato.

She was married May 6, 1960, in Caruthersville, Mo., to Billy George Sanders. To this union one daughter was born.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her husband, Billy George Sanders of the home; one daughter, Deliah Sanders of the home; three sisters, Catherine Cato of Piggott, Maurine Nelson of Fort Smith and Pearline Fellow of Harrison, Ark.; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will held from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday (today), Dec. 17, 2003. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday (today), Dec. 17, 2003, in the Irby Funeral Home Chapel with Les Lanley officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway with Irby Funeral Service of Piggott in charge of arrangements.
