James M. Moore, 73, of Lepanto, father of Kathy Fowler of Rector, died Friday, Nov. 28, 2003, at Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

He was a professional musician, a World War II Air Force veteran and a member of the Aeronautics Association and the American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, Jessie Moore, of Lepanto; one son, James Kipp Moore of Crowley, Texas; two daughters, Kimberly Jo Moore of Olive Branch, Miss., and Kathy Fowler of Rector; three grandchildren, James Kyle Moore, Lindsay Fowler and Kelly Fowler; and three great-grandchildren.

A private family service was held with Murphy Funeral Home of Lepanto in charge of arrangements.
