Harold Trice Vincent, 87, of Rector died Friday Sept. 26, 2003, at Green Park Nursing Home in St. Louis.

He was born April 10, 1916, in Rector to the late Samuel Bond and Bertha Vincent.

He was a metalergist and a WWII decorated veteran who served in New Guinea and the Phillipines.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Pack Vincent; and his parents, Samuel and Bertha Vincent.

He is survived by two sons, Wesley Bond Vincent and daughter-in-law Debra of St. Louis, and Harold Gene Vincent and daughter-in-law Alice of Rector; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 2003, at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with James H. Dortch officiating.

Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were: Wesley Vincent, Bob Murray, Bill Alstadt, Eric Treptow, David Hatcher and Robert Treptow.
