Rector concert has big lineup
Foundation bringing top artists for Aug. 4 event

Runway resurfacing (04/30/09)
Work began last week on resurfacing of the runway at the Rector airport, one of several airport improvements made possible through a $328,590 grant awarded to the city in March by the Arkansas Aeronautics Commission. Delta Asphalt of Paragould is doing the resurfacing work at a cost of $333,800. The 90/10 matching grant also will pay for fencing and a gate for security.
