Reader Submissions

Use this form to submit general news such as press releases, anniversary, wedding and birth announcements, family reunions, church activities, etc...

When submitting news, please include all available information such as individual or business names, event date, time and location and all other details pertinent to your news item.

For example, birth announcements should include baby's full name, hospital, time of birth, weight, parents names, city and state, and both paternal and maternal grandparents names. Weddings should include details of all parties involved including bride, groom, parents and grandparents, as well as date and time, location and so forth.

You also must provide a daytime phone number for yourself. This information will not be used in the story itself but is necessary for our staff to verify your news item. Submissions without contact information will not be published.

Your submission may be revised for brevity, grammar or to accommodate available space and may not be immediately included in the next publication date.
